Perspex & Polystyrene
Dennys stock acrylic perspex and polycarbonate sheeting in 3mm, 4.5mm and 6mm.
These sizes are stocked in clear, opal and tinted. Dennys will cut to your custom size requirement.
Dennys stock polystyrene sheets which are 1200mm x 2400mm. These sheets are stocked in 10mm, 12mm, 20mm, 25mm, 40mm, 50mm thick. Other thicknesses are available to order.
Tapered polystyrene foam is available for spa covers.

- Standard and high density foam, available in 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm & 150mm thick.
- Enduro 36/130 foam available in 75mm, 100mm, 125mm & 150mm thick - hard wearing & comfortable, great for all kinds of seating.
- Dry flow foam. All weather foam which is great for outdoors.
- Memory foam. Great for bed overlays or extended stays in bed, ie. the sick or elderly.
- Convoluted overlays. Enduro grade available in all standard bed sizes.
- Closed cell foam in 2 metre x 1 metre sheets in 10mm and 20mm thick. Closed cell foam has a variety of uses from exercise matting to insulation and is sold by the sheet or we can cut it to your size. It's also available in tubes in varying sizes which are sold in either 2 metre lengths or by the metre.
Pro shield closed cell foam
Pro shield has a foil lining on one side and is ideal for sound & heat insulation. Available by the metre in 3 different thicknesses, 5mm, 10mm and 25mm.
Foam mattresses
Available in sizes 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. These are available in standard or high density foam and for the standard bed sizes.
